Window dressings, AKA window treatments, are something of an afterthought…or so I found out when I recently became a brand new home owner. Once I moved all my stuff in and got sorted something still felt wrong. I felt so, exposed; like someone was watching me. Ugh, I was going to have to buy curtains. Right now I have a bed sheet duct-taped over my front window. Shutters

I came to shutters second to last because I really was out of ideas and had to get creative.
